AI Bot Launch Guide: Test Launch
For this section, we simplified one of our clients' case studies into a step-by-step guide. Read the case to see the history of implementing an AI bot in the BotHelp mailing service and learn how the AI bot independently solves 40% of all questions from the chat and replaces two operators .
Check the bot's answers. Ask the bot to answer frequently asked questions and check in the "dialogues" section whether the bot answers correctly. This will help compare the desired answers and the real ones, and refine the KB articles to get as close to the former as possible. If the bot answers incorrectly, check the sources in the dialogues section.

Improve the quality of the bot's answers. The data from the response list of albania phone number dump will help you understand how to adjust the knowledge base articles and tone of voice. For example, the bot shows the sources it relied on when answering, and specific sections of these articles can be adjusted. You will also be able to understand how formally the bot answers the question and change the style of address, the length of the answers, and creativity.
Test the bot. For example, you can do this on one of the welcome bot branches. Assign the AI bot to answer the most detailed question in the knowledge base and analyze the feedback from users.
Connect the bot to questions from the chat and analyze the result. Look at the user reaction to the AI bot, the level of satisfaction with the service and other support metrics that you evaluate.
An AI bot is just one way to improve the quality of user service . We have a separate article on how to influence satisfaction with your service.
How to view analytics and improve responses
After the first launch of the bot, you will have access to analytics of its responses. In the analytics section, you will be able to see:
how many questions the bot processes during the selected period,
how many requests the bot resolves independently, and how many it transfers to operators.
This data will help you evaluate the effectiveness of the bot when working on your project.

And on the "Support Quality" tab, you can filter the dialogues by the "Bot Name" operator and find all the dialogues with "bad/good/excellent" ratings to study them. This will help you find weak points in the bot's responses and strengthen them in the knowledge base.
How to choose a service for an AI bot
Identify your needs
Determine what tasks you want your AI to perform. Do you need a simple chatbot to answer FAQs or a complex system with deep learning and data analysis.
Think about what systems and tools the service should receive data from. Does it need to be integrated with CRM, social networks, databases or other services.
