If not – the action is questionable. Whatever path you choose, remember: black PR is, first and foremost, PR. Here is an example of black PR that Texterra encountered on a review site: a comment with false information about our company’s work. And this is how we reacted to it: And, of course, many remember the attack by a certain Unterseger against Texterra in an article published on Kossa .


It was followed by a response article by Denis Savelyev , in which he analyzed all the denmark customer email list questions that tormented the negative writer, analyzing each of them and providing evidence in his defense. Why? To point out obvious errors in the author's judgments, which could mislead our clients. Interestingly, on the day of the publication of the article against Texterra, we broke the record for traffic from social networks for the last 3 months.


It may be a coincidence, of course, but it is hard to believe. The moral of this story is this: if you are transparent and pure in your actions and intentions, there is no need to be afraid of black PR. The devil is not so terrible... But you shouldn't watch someone slander your company either.
