Visitor Identity Verification
Posted: Wed Jan 22, 2025 8:25 am
This feature ensures that visitors who come are really who they claim to be. Visitors are usually asked to show identification such as an ID card or passport, which will then be scanned by the system. The system will then check the data provided by the visitor with the data that has been entered into the system. If the data matches, the visitor will be allowed to enter. If it does not match, the visitor will be denied entry and security will be informed.
Visitor Badge Creation
This feature allows the creation of visitor badges that can be used during their visit. Visitor badges usually contain the visitor's name and photo, as well as other information such as check-in time and guam email list locations visited. This feature helps distinguish visitors from staff or employees, making it easier to monitor and strengthen security in restricted areas.
Granting Access Permissions
This feature allows visitors to be given access to specific areas within an organization or business. If a visitor is only given limited access, the system will configure the permissions and ensure that the visitor does not exceed the limits of the access that has been granted.
