Sprint or Development Stage

Organizing a sprint planning meeting and selecting features to include in the sprint backlog. These are often defined from the user's perspective and called user stories .
Breaking down important requirements called “epics” into tangible tasks and estimating the duration of each of them,
Review the sprint backlog to ensure it is small enough to be completed within the allotted timeframe. Then, assign responsibility for the various user stories and tasks to the appropriate team members.

Organize a daily meeting (a daily scrum) to discuss the previous day's progress, the day's tasks, and any potential bottlenecks.
