Talent Days: Hi Pola! We’re glad we could talk about your career path. First, what made you decide to look for a new job after years of freelancing?

Pola: I've always liked variety in my work. As a freelancer, I had the opportunity to try many things, but this time I wanted to combine my passion for graphics with a new challenge – writing. Talent Days seemed like the perfect opportunity to find a place where I could develop in several directions.

Talent Days: How did you come across Talent Days and what are your memories of the events?

Pola: I found information about Talent Days completely by accident, browsing the internet. I couldn't make it the first time, but I signed up for the second time - the atmosphere of the event was very positive. It was a great place to meet different companies and talk to people from the industry.

Talent Days: Why do you think job fairs are a better way to find a job than traditional online applications?

Pola: A job fair is a bit like a window into the world of work. You can see right away if the company culture and the employer's expectations match you. It's a much more personal experience than sending out hundreds of CVs and just waiting for a response.
