TALENT DAYS: Hey there! Let’s start from the beginning – how does participating in Talent Days meet your recruitment and employer branding goals?
Monika: Participating in Talent Days allows us to have direct contact with potential candidates, which helps build a positive image of the employer on the job market. Additionally, it is a great opportunity to present our values, projects and development opportunities within our organization. We always encourage people visiting our stand to follow our social media, because we not only publish job offers there, but also show what our everyday life in the company looks like, which is also a very important aspect for many future candidates. Our employees also have the opportunity to participate in job fairs, tell people interested what the job looks like, what they do every day and what skills are necessary to start working as an Engineer or IT Specialist.
TALENT DAYS: You mentioned the opportunity to showcase your values, projects and opportunities – what are your methods for presenting them?
Monika: During the event, we present our company in an attractive way, emphasizing the unique features of our corporate culture, projects, development opportunities and job offers. We focus on interactive forms of presentation to attract the attention of potential candidates, such as the Round Table at Talent Days in Warsaw in 2023 and the planned Talent Class workshops at this year's spring edition of the TD fair in Katowice.
