This week we had two meetings to discuss with transparency the progress and challenges we have at SquadS:
*With the team: we implemented the internal Management Control session with the aim of keeping all Squaders up to date and aligning ourselves with the different Startups.
* With our Investor Partners : We used to have an Investor Report every Quarter, now we do it every month.
Below, I want to share the key milestones and learnings from SquadS and each of our startups, to keep you up to date with what we are building together.

Squads ventures – Company Builder
We have challenges and we discuss three key areas:
Finance
Revenue Growth : In July we reached MRR of $14k (2.3x MoM and 2.8x /Goal). We will not be able to maintain this growth in the next two months. We will look to consolidate the business models.
Expenditures: We continue to seek greater efficiency. We had $47k, 17% MoM, but only 51% of projected costs.
Burn: $33k, only 38% of budget ($87k).
Challenges at People : This month we had important departures from colombia mobile phone numbers database the team, which led us to restructure. We have learned that we need to improve in the leadership of young teams to maximize the “Enjoy the Ride”. We distributed leadership, added a “Pre-Squader” stage, a part-time modality for entrepreneurs who are in University.
New Startups : We are moving forward with 20 new opportunities and are going deeper into 5 of them. We have the challenge of doing the research and taking solid steps in the decision-making process. We are putting together an advisory committee for new projects with our investors to accompany these processes.
