The more information about your company in your Yandex Business profile, the higher the user trust and the chance to attract customers. Therefore, before creating a page, prepare the following materials .
Photos . Take photos of the entrance or interior if it is an offline company. You will also need photos of the products. If you provide services, such as manicures, take photos of the work in the “Before” and “After” format. If you run a business entirely online, add mockups to the “Photos” section. For example, a web studio can show websites developed for clients .
Price list . Develop a price list for each item. If it is difficult to determine exact prices, indicate an approximate range - this way potential clients will understand whether your company suits their budget.
Yandex Business allows you to specify contact information and links to social networks. A separate corporate phone number is not required, a personal one will do. Social networks are also optional: if you do not have them, you do not need to create them for Yandex Business.
Guide to registering in Yandex Business
To register a company card, you will need a Yandex account.
Step 1. Go to the Yandex Business main page and click "To account".

Step 2. The "Tell us about your business" page will open. At this stage, there are several options for how to proceed - depending on your initial data:
If your business has a website, add a link to it and click “Continue”;
if there is no website, click “I don’t have a website or other page” — the service will offer to add a company from Yandex Maps;
If you don’t have a website or a profile on Maps, click “Add your importance of ig database business to Yandex” — we’ll show you the steps for this action, but in general they’re similar no matter what you choose.

Step 3. Click "Add your business to Yandex" → the "Add a company" page will open. Specify the information: name, type of activity, address, regions of service provision, contacts.

Step 5. The page “What do you do and where do you want to show ads?” will open → select the type of activity and regions for promotion. Describe how you differ from competitors. This information is needed to automatically launch ads.
Step 6. Enter your phone number to contact Yandex - clients will not see it.
