For example, there's no point putting a blog with three posts into the list in the first place, or one that hasn't been updated in 6 months.
If you've got the mozBar, it's easy enough to rule out any blogs with no DmR (or, if they're on a platform, no mR on any pages). Once you've narrowed down your list, you need to find contact details. If this proves difficult, the bloggers probably aren't down with being contacted like this so it might be best to take them off the list at this point. What next? Don't spam them! These are quality blogs that value the area you work in- caution and respect are wise bedfellows.
